We operate open book, fixed margin pricing policies with some key accounts, run effective cost reduction programmes with others. However we work – and it will be unique to your needs – we are solutions driven. There is always an answer; it’s just a matter of finding it.

We behave without assumptions. We practise regular production testing. Just because a certain paper or process has always been used in the past, it doesn’t make it right for you today. Production technologies are constantly evolving, and with the ongoing flux in the paper market we are challenging assumptions like never before. We are committed to staying ahead of our peers by a fierce adherence to doing things differently.
